The Neurofit Method

A holistic approach to yoga, breathing and neuroscience

Discover how your breathing affects your brain, nervous system, emotions and rest, and gain the control you’re looking for. If stress is wearing you down, brain fog is holding you back or fatigue is a constant companion, we’ll give you the practical tools to calm your mind, improve your health, regulate your nervous system and transform your life from the ground up.


Yoga and Movement

You will learn and practise using the tools you already possess to regulate your nervous system, manage your emotions, anxiety and lack of focus, and increase your vagal tone… amongst other things!Through movement, you will transform your energy.

Mindful Breathing

You will regain your vitality, balance and athletic performance. You will improve your overall health – even if you suffer from conditions such as asthma, rhinitis or snoring – by ensuring better oxygenation throughout your body, which will bring maximum benefits to your daily life.

Neuroscience

You will understand the influence of breathing on the brain and the body. The fascinating neuroanatomy and the ability to train our brain and change our brain patterns.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade and, for the last three years, I’ve been guiding people through the power of breath as a certified breathwork instructor.Through my workshops on yoga, mindful breathing and applied neuroscience, I help people reconnect with themselves.Getting to know ourselves is one of the most transformative journeys we can undertake. Yoga isn’t about physical flexibility, but about creating space within ourselves to connect deeply, listen and be fully present with what really matters.
We’ll do exercises to move our bodies and transform our energy.

NEUROSCIENCE?

Yes! We’ll explore the scientific approach to how our breathing influences our brain.Motherhood deepened my fascination with neuroscience. Five years ago, when I became a mother, all my usual self-regulation
techniques seemed to vanish overnight.
I had to rediscover myself, understand how the brain works, the chemistry behind our emotions, the electrical signals that shape our
responses, and the complex workings of the limbic system.
The more I studied, the more I saw the magic in it all and the possibility of returning to my centre using simple techniques that are already within us.

BODY - SOUL - MIND

The mind is a tool, not our identity.
When we create space between a stimulus and our response, we gain clarity and our space for freedom emerges.
YOU become YOU, without masks.
